How we work
A beautiful table takes time: choosing, counting, carrying, setting and, the next day, taking it all back. That time is ours. Here, step by step, is what happens between your request and the morning after your celebration, so that all you have to think about is your guests.

Three complete tables, thought out piece by piece: Alba, clear and luminous; Meridiana, warm, in terracotta; Brindis, made for candlelit evenings. You choose the mood and tell us how many guests; we work out everything else, plates, glasses, cutlery, tablecloths and napkins, in the right quantities. We send you your quote; you sign it and send it back; you make the transfer, and it’s booked.
The tablecloth comes with every ambiance.

In our warehouse, every piece is taken out, checked against the light and counted before it leaves. A marked glass or a chipped plate never leaves the shelf. Glassware travels in compartment racks and the linen is folded separately: everything arrives as it left.

We confirm a 2-hour delivery slot 3 days ahead, with the name and mobile number of the person delivering. On the day, our team arrives in Maison Aurea polo shirts, unloads quietly and sets everything down where the table will be laid.
You always know who is coming, and when.

We set the table ourselves; setting has its own rate. The tablecloth falls to the floor, every plate is in its place, the glasses aligned, the cutlery in the order of service and the napkin folded: the table is exactly as in your quote.
Before we leave, we check every place.

Your guests sit down and you do not have to deal with a thing: the table is ready, down to the last glass.
And if you are looking for a chef, we will introduce you to one.

We come back the next morning, in a slot announced like the delivery, or the same evening if you prefer. If you are there, we count the crates with you; the piece-by-piece count is done at our warehouse, with photos. The tableware goes back as it is, unrinsed: we take care of that. If something is broken or missing, we explain it with photos, and your quote says what applies: Breakage protection or security deposit.
Nothing to wash, nothing to put away.

The sooner the better. Availability is confirmed piece by piece with the quote.
Alba suits large tables. Meridiana and Brindis serve up to forty guests: beyond that, the table changes register.
Nothing serious: at a party, it happens. The Breakage protection in your quote covers accidental breakage up to its amount; above that, the difference is invoiced at the replacement value shown, piece by piece. Missing pieces are always invoiced.
Yes, up to 24 hours before the event: we send you a corrected quote and adjust the amount.
The next morning, in a slot announced like the delivery. Would you rather we collect the same night? It is possible, on request. If you are there, we count the crates together; the piece-by-piece count is done at our warehouse, with photos.
No. You hand it back as it is, without rinsing: we take care of that.
