What we collect

What you give us when you write to us or send a quote: name, email, telephone, company if any, the date, place and details of the event, and the pieces you chose.

What for

To answer your request, prepare your quote, handle the booking, delivery and collection, and invoice. We do not send you advertising.

Legal basis

The pre-contract steps and the contract you ask us for (GDPR art. 6.1.b), and our accounting and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c).

How long

A request is kept as long as needed to answer and follow it up, and deleted if you ask. Booking data is kept for the period the law requires for accounting and tax records.

Who else sees it

No one: we neither share nor sell it. Only OVH (site hosting, in France) and Google Workspace (email, under GDPR safeguards) process it on our behalf, under contract.

Your rights

You may ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict its use, or take it with you, by writing to info@maisonaureaevents.com. If you feel we have not handled this well, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Applications

If you send us an application from “Work with us”, we keep your name, phone, email, area, the tasks you are interested in, your experience, your availability and, if you attach it, your CV. We use them only to build a list of collaborators for our events and to contact you, with your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. We keep them for 12 months, then delete them unless you ask us to renew. We never share them. To access, correct or delete them: info@maisonaureaevents.com.
